Winter in the Forellenhof begins right in front of our doorstep. The entrance (Zwölferkogel) to Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang, Austria’s largest connected skiing area, is only a few minutes walk from our house.
And: In the Skicircus, the most beautiful slopes lead to middle of town.
That means: You can simply forget about your car!

Toboggan run on Reiterkogel
(3 km) winter 2010/11 (illuminated until 11:00 p.m.)
Use of the cable car (including evening run) is included in a valid ski pass. One-way trips available!
Hours of operation: daily: 8.30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Mo – Sat. 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Toboggan rental per day (available at the Reiterkogel Valley Station) € 6.00, deposit per toboggan € 30.00
ATTENTION: For safety reasons the toboggan run at Reiterkogel can only be used with toboggans belonging to the lift operators. Your own toboggan will not be transported!
Spielberghaus
Price: 7.00 Euro uphill transport and toboggan rental: 4.00 Euro toboggan rental

(Advance phone call notification requested): 0043 (0) 6541 725312:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 6:45 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:15 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. The Spielberghaus toboggan run is approx. 3 km long, an approx. 45 minute march to the Spielberghaus building.
Maisalm
Price: 3.00 Euro toboggan rental
The Maisalm toboggan run is approx. 2 km long, approx. 25 minute march to Maisalm.
